What type of charging cable does the case require?

Jive Mini Pods come with a charging cable. It is a standard micro USB cord. 

Are these compatible with any phone?

Yes, Jive Mini Pods are compatible with any device with Bluetooth. This includes laptops and tablets & smart TVs. 

How will I know when my Jive Mini Pods are fully charged? 

You will know they are fully charged when the light in the charging case switches from red to blue. To get a full-charge from zero percent takes about two hours. 

How close do I need to be to my Bluetooth Device for the Jive Mini Pods to function? 

Jive Mini Pods have an incredible 30 foot Bluetooth range. 

How is the sound quality of the Jive Mini Pods?

Jive has excellent sound quality, with a 3D and binaural stereo effect. We designed the pods for the most superior listening experience available. 

Will I be able to take calls on this and be able to hear clearly?

Yes, we use beamforming microphone technology to reduce background noise, and sealed in-ear design conforms to your ear and limits background noise. 

How can I pause music or skip songs? 

You can use the main button to pause and play music, to skip a song press the main button on the right ear for two seconds. To go back to a previous song press the main button for two seconds on the left ear. 

What payment options are available?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal.  

Where is my order? How can I check the order status?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Depending on location & stock availability, shipping can take up to two weeks. 

Do you charge a cancellation fee? 

We do not charge cancellation fees. We generally replace items that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If within the 60-day period if you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email with your order number and contact information to support@Jiveminipods.com. We will walk you through the refund procedure. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
